Everett Gray and William N. Palmer opened the firm in 1983, focused at first on real estate transactions. C. Peter Bos came aboard a year later. As Maine's economy changed, so did our practice — today we advise individuals, families, small businesses, employees, and employers on a much wider range of matters.
Rooted in the Bangor community
William N. Palmer grew up around Bangor, and he and C. Peter Bos have practiced together since the 1980s. Many of the families we represent have trusted us across generations — and because we live and work here too, we know the people and places behind every case.
